Operations Manager: Crystal holds a BA Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology and has worked in the corporate environment since 2002 working her way the corporate ladder to HR Training Practitioner to Senior HR Training Manager and with the bulk of her career spent in Human Resources Training and Development. A qualified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator and an experienced Skills Development Facilitator, has a passion for people development and business optimisation through developing talent with experience in within the Whole Sale and Retail, Information Technology, Contact Centre, Services, Insurance and Financial Services sectors. She has worked with successfully getting large corporate accredited as a Training Providers and has extensive experience working with the various skills bodies in South Africa (W&RSETA, SABPP, Services SETA, BANKSETA and ETDP).

Creative techniques and innovative ideas coupled with her expertise in Marketing, Management and Human Resources Development areas facilitate her as a fully dedicated and passionate trainer. Her area of specialisation is Human Resources and related issues. Crystal is an award winning Trainer and Leader in the BPO sector, strives for excellence in all that she does and always aims to deliver and delight her audience and her customers. The business model of Standing Tall is the recruitment management fees and placement commission, as well as any advisory income received by Standing Tall, is distributed to Purple Cow Ventures designated charities, net of operating costs, which includes provisions for sustaining our social enterprises and designated charities. In addition we donate a negotiated percentage of our net income to the Employer’s designated charity or CSI initiative. We are a registered non-profit company as an operating division of Purple Cow Ventures NPC 2013/0157019/08.
